According to the natural gas supply framework agreement, Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company and the company may from time to time enter into a final agreement for the company to supply natural gas to Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company from May 23, 2024 to March 31, 2027, subject to the terms and conditions of the natural gas supply framework agreement. For the year ended 31 December 2024 (applicable to the period from May 23, 2024 to 31 December 2024), the year ended 31 December 2025, the year ended 31 December 2026, and the year ended 31 December 2027 (applicable to the period from January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2027), the total consideration payable by Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company to the company for the purchase of natural gas under the natural gas framework supply agreement is not expected to exceed RMB 40 million, RMB 250 million and RMB 2.5, respectively 100 million yuan and 65 million yuan.
