Gelonghui, May 23 | Tianqi Lithium (002466.SZ) said on the investor interactive platform that according to the relevant provisions of Wenfield's “Shareholder Agreement”, Thalison chemical-grade lithium concentrate is currently only supplied to its two shareholders — TLEA and Abo. The two shareholders can each obtain procurement rights equivalent to about 50% of Thalison's sellable quantity according to their actual needs. The lithium concentrate purchased by TLEA from Thalison is first used to meet TLK requirements, and the remaining amount will be used to meet the domestic factory and processing needs of Tianqi Lithium. IGO does not have the right to purchase lithium concentrate. Among them, chemical-grade lithium concentrate purchased by Tianqi Lithium is mainly used for self-production or commissioned processing into lithium chemical products. Therefore, at the consolidated statement level, the sales volume of the lithium ore mining and smelting industry refers to the sales volume of lithium concentrate sold by Thalison to Yabao and the sales volume of technical grade lithium concentrate distributed by Tianqi to the outside world, excluding the sales volume of the portion of Tianqi's own use to produce lithium chemical products. In 2023, Thalison sold a total of about 810,000 tons of lithium concentrate to Abbott.
