富瑞发布研究报告称，预测领展房产基金（00823）2024至2025财年每基金单位分派为2.53元，预计新资产增加和回购将利率上升的影响，增长确实是一个挑战，认为以7.2%的收益率交易，许多负面因素已反映价内，将其目标价由43港元下调至41港元，予“买入”评级。
该行预期，领展房产基金2025财年盈利依赖新资产和回购来抵销债务重新定价的影响，又指香港零售业面临挑战，但认为领展非全权委托投资组合的韧性有时被忽略，依次优先选择开发商，之后是地主。
