According to the news, Zhonghuan Renewable Energy recently announced that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Datang Anhui. The two sides plan to carry out comprehensive, sustainable and in-depth cooperation in the development, construction and industrial support of new energy projects in Anhui Province. Projects mainly include photovoltaic module projects or high-efficiency solar cell projects in the province. The Board believes that this cooperation will expand the Group's business opportunities, broaden its revenue streams, and enhance its financial performance.

According to Zhonghuan Renewable's 2023 results, the Group achieved revenue of HK$4,028 billion during the period, an increase of 149.64% over the previous year; the company's owners should have accounted for a profit of HK$66.323 million during the year, turning a loss into a profit over the previous year. The increase in revenue was mainly driven by a strong increase in sales of N-type cells and photovoltaic modules in the reporting year, with net revenue growth in the new energy and EPC segments.
