From May 23 to May 21, Haitong International, as the joint overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, joint bookkeeper and joint lead manager, helped JD.com, Inc. successfully price a total of US$1.75 billion convertible senior notes (if over-allotment rights are exercised, the final total size is US$2 billion). If the right to over-allotment is exercised, this issuance will set one of the largest issuance records for overseas convertible senior notes by China Securities Company. It is also one of the top three global convertible senior notes projects issued in the past 12 months.
