國家能源局近日召開全國可再生能源開發建設調度視頻會要求，全力推進三批大型風電光伏基地建設，持續做好按月調度和按周監測，推動基地項目盡快建成，按期投產。同時，地方政府要加強行業引導，指導新能源項目有序開發；各開發企業要有序競爭，嚴格依法依規開發項目；電網企業要加大建設投入，特別是配電網的升級改造，並進一步完善體制機制改革和市場建設相關政策措施，力爭成熟一項出台一項。(ta/k)
