Koikeya has been selling potato chips using “Nagasaki Gold” in limited quantities since 2022, because we want everyone all over the country to enjoy the rare potatoes that Nagasaki Prefecture is proud of, which have been carefully nurtured by the blessings of the earth, the warm climate of Kyushu, and the deep love of farmers. Every year, we receive many positive comments about the flavors unique to “Nagasaki Gold,” such as “yellow, sweet, and chewy” and “strong in sweetness and delicious,” and it has been decided that potato chips using “Nagasaki Gold” will be sold again this year.
As the name suggests, “Nagasaki Gold” is characterized by its yellow flesh, and you can enjoy a creamy, gorgeous aroma and deep richness and lingering sweetness.
