Yesterday evening, China First Holdings Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that on May 21, one of the company's so-called bondholders filed a legal lawsuit against the company through the Court of First Instance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region High Court. According to the statement of claim submitted by the plaintiff in the lawsuit, the plaintiff claimed HK$12.25 million from the company, together with interest and costs. The company stated that it is seeking legal opinions on related matters and will issue separate announcements to inform shareholders and investors of any significant developments in the future. On the 10th of this month, First Holdings Group issued an announcement to once again postpone the hearing of the liquidation petition for the principal amount of HK$10 million corporate bonds. The new petitions and replacement applications were adjourned until 9:30 a.m. on June 3 this year.
