其中，于伦敦回购299.18万股，每股作价6.922至7.023英镑，平均价6.9673英镑，涉资2,084.5万英镑（约2.07亿港元）。同日在香港市场回购349.68万股，每股价格为69.05至69.5港元，平均价69.3836港元，涉资约2.43亿港元。
过往报道，汇丰控股宣布，于5月21日在伦敦和香港两地共回购614.4万股，涉及资金共计约4.23亿港元。
