According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinyong Investment (01328) announced that on May 22, 2024, Redwood, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, purchased a further 425,500 shares of Meitu shares at a total cost of about HK$1.35,000 (not including transaction costs) through in-market transactions carried out on the Stock Exchange, which is equivalent to approximately HK$31,129 per Meitu share.

Taking into account the purchase, between March 1, 2024 and May 22, 2024 (including the first and last two days), Redwood purchased a total of 12.585 million Meitu shares at a total cost of approximately HK$3.531 million (not including transaction costs), which is equivalent to approximately HK$2.7845 per share of Meitu shares.

Following these purchases, the Group held a total of 12.585 million Meitu shares, accounting for about 0.28% of the total shares issued by Meitu on the date of this announcement.
