Gelonghui, May 22丨MTR Corporation (00066.HK) issued an announcement. All proposed resolutions contained in the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting of April 12, 2024 (“Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting”) were formally passed at the 2024th Annual General Meeting held on May 22, 2024.

Following the completion of the 2024th Annual General Meeting of Members: (a) Chen Yuen Dehui retired as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Engineering Committee; (b) Lee Wai-man retired as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Finance and Investment Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee; (c) Liu Maijiaxuan has become an independent non-executive director and has been appointed by the Board of Directors as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Finance and Investment Committee; (d) a non-executive director, a member of the Engineering Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee Permanent Secretary for Development (Works) (Lau Chun Kit) has been appointed by the Board of Directors Board of directors Appointed as a member of the Technology Advisory Panel and is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee; (e) Director of Transport (Lee Chung-yan), a non-executive director, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Science Advisory Panel, has been appointed by the Board as a member of the Environmental and Social Responsibility Committee and is no longer a member of the Technology Advisory Panel.
