The board of directors proposed changing the company's English name from “China Singyes New Materials Holdings Limited” to “China Shuifa Singyes New Materials Holdings Limited”, while the company's second name was changed from “China Industrial New Materials Holdings Co., Ltd.” to “China Shufa Industrial New Materials Holdings Co., Ltd.”

The proposed change of company name is subject to approval by shareholders in the form of a special resolution at the recent Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and approval by the Registrar of Bermuda Companies to issue a certificate of change of name and a second name certificate.
