Glonghui, May 22 | Comcast said on Tuesday that it will launch a subscription service bundled with the Peacock streaming service and Netflix's Apple TV+, with a monthly subscription price of $15. Comcast Cable CEO David Watson said the new bundled service StreamSaver is a “broadband companion” and can save customers more than 30%. Users can also use StreamSaver in combination with Comcast's latest “NOW TV,” a service that includes over 40 streaming channels and costs $30 per month. Comcast said the service will launch in the US for Xfinity customers on May 29, including subscriptions to the Netflix Standard Plan, Peacock Premium, and Apple TV+ with ads. Earlier, Warner Bros. Discovery Channel (WBD.US) and Disney announced a similar partnership on May 8 to provide bundled services for Disney+, Hulu, and Max streaming services.
