金邦达宝嘉公布蒋励获委任为独立非执行董事

金邦达宝嘉（03315）发布公告，麦永森先生因其有意投放更多的时间陪伴家人及处理个人事务，并无于股东周年大会上膺选连任，并已于股东周年大会结束时退任公司的独立非执行董事。

蒋励先生于股东周年大会结束时成为公司独立非执行董事。

此外，自股东周年大会结束时生效：麦永森先生不再担任公司的审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员；及蒋励先生已获委任为公司的审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员。
