屋宇署3月共批出15份建築圖則，當中，長實集團(01113.HK)與市建局合作發展的西營盤皇后大道西/賢居里發展項目，獲批建38層高單幢商住大廈，包括3層基座、1層低層地下、及1層地庫，合共涉及11.17萬平方呎住宅樓面及1.7萬平方非住宅樓面，總樓面約12.87萬平方呎。
另外，由永隆銀行伍氏家族後人持有的東半山大坑道58號項目，則獲批重建1座18層高住宅物業，總樓面1.59萬平方呎。
