據《觀點網》報道，自5月以來，萬科企業(02202.HK)(000002.SZ) 從「總對總」的融資方式轉變為項目制後，加快對新融資模式的探索。統計顯示，進入5月份以來的20日內，萬科已經獲得近80億元人民幣的擔保貸款。
萬科昨日(21日)披露，已向中國銀行(03988.HK)申請並獲得12億元人民幣銀行貸款，該筆資金將用於常州項目的開發建設。同時，萬科控股子公司常州旭程以持有的常州聖鑫100%股權為借款提供相應質押擔保。(ta/w)
