(the "Company") received a further notice (the "Notice") from The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC ("Nasdaq") indicating that, as a result of not having timely filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024, and because it remains delinquent in filing its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company has failed to satisfy a standard for continued listing, namely Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of all required periodic reports with the SEC.
