興利集團(00114.HK)發盈警，預期截至今年3月底止年度錄得之淨虧損應在500萬至1,500萬元之範圍內，而2023年同期則錄得淨溢利8,230萬元。
集團指，全年盈轉虧主要是由於消費環境緊縮及零售商削減存貨量以致客戶需求下降，加上缺少了出售香港物業所得的淨收益，以及投資物業重估虧損淨額約700萬元所致。
