Gelonghui, May 21丨HERALD HOLD (00114.HK) announced that the Group expects the net loss attributable to shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2024 to be in the range of HK$5 million to HK$15 million (year ended March 31, 2023: net profit attributable to shareholders of HK$82.3 million). These changes are mainly due to a contraction in the consumer environment and a decline in customer demand due to retailers' inventory cuts, as well as a lack of net income from the sale of Hong Kong properties (year ended March 31, 2023: HK$22.5 million), and a net revaluation loss of approximately HK$7 million (year ended March 31, 2023: net revaluation proceeds of approximately HK$1.8 million).
