Youlife International Holdings Inc. (Youlife International Holdings Inc.), May 20, 2024 It signed a merger agreement with SPAC (US special purpose acquisition company) Distoken Acquisition Corporation (DIST.US) to be listed on the US NASDAQ through a backdoor SPAC.
The merged company will be named Youlife Group Inc. (Youlife Group Inc.) It will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ, and the stock code is “YOUL.” The transaction is expected to be completed as soon as November 2024.
