The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on May 20, China's leading provider of scenario-based digital solutions, has submitted a statement to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CICC and CITIC Securities are co-sponsors, and Fosun International Capital is the financial adviser.

According to Frost & Sullivan data, quantifiers ranked 7th in China's scenario-based digital solutions market in 2023.

Since its inception, the quantifier has adhered to the mission of “digitally driving the world, lighting up life intelligently”, providing digital solutions on its applications through a pay-for-performance pricing model (that is, charging service fees based on empowered transaction values rather than subscription fees). This not only aligns the company's incentives with those of its business partners, but also better serves the end customer base.

According to the prospectus, the quantitative business scale has grown significantly. This is due to its attractive business model and high-quality business partner community. The number of business partners increased from 214 in 2021 to 2,457 in 2022, and further increased to 2,529 in 2023. As of December 31, 2023, Quantifier has served over 48.9 million registered terminal customers through its app.

Quantifiers have achieved transaction values of 53 billion yuan, 36 billion yuan, and 49 billion yuan in 2021, 2022, and 2023, respectively, through accurate marketing and commodity trading. In 2023, the transaction value enabled by the “Consumer Map” was 321.5 billion yuan.

Financial data shows that the total revenue and profit of quantifiers also continued to grow. From 2021 to 2023, total revenue was $351.1 million, $475.3 million, and $529.7 million, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS measurement) and adjusted profit for the year (non-IFRS measurement) were $66.6 million, $126.3 million and $147.6 million in 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively.
