中國航天萬源(01185.HK)表示，日前接獲火箭院通知，因公司尚未實現新業務拓展、資金流問題嚴峻、經營可持續性存在較大不確定性，在此等情況下，火箭院對公司營運的支持及批准債務寬限期延長申請存在重大挑戰及風險。
由於控股股東有關債務寬限期延期之決策面臨風險及挑戰，中國航天萬源預期將對2023年年度業績的持續經營基準構成重大挑戰，董事會現正研究相關因應措施。
股份已自2024年4月2日起於聯交所暫停買賣，並將繼續停牌直至刊發2023年年度業績為止。
