Gelonghui, May 20 | According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on May 16, 2024, COSCO SHIPPING Port (01199.HK) was granted an increase of 7.552 million shares by COSCO Marine Holdings at an average price of HK$5.171 per share, involving approximately HK$39.051 million.

After the increase in holdings, COSCO Offshore's latest shareholding was 2,460,591,793 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 68.83% to 69.04%.
