Singaporean Shares Start Week Flat Following Mixed Week for US Equities; TOTM Up 5%

Singapore's Straits Times Index started the week marginally in green amid mixed performances by US equities while European markets closed last week in the negative territory.

During the day, the benchmark Singapore Strait Times Index ranged between 3,306.32 and 3,318.24, ending 0.02% or 0.570 points higher at 3,314.05.

TOTM Technologies' (SGX:42F) shares were up 5% after it provided an update on the use of proceeds from its share subscription exercise of 71 million shares completed on Nov. 17, 2022.

Shares of Chasen Holdings (SGX:5NV) were down nearly 3% after the company forecasted a consolidated net loss for the fiscal year ended March 31.

Lum Chang (SGX:L19) was down over 1% after it repurchased 7,200 shares in the open market on Friday.
