(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) plans to use its own capital of RMB 13.3082 million to acquire 8.00% of the shares of Sichuan Qianpage Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qianpage Technology”) held by Mr. Zeng Ogawa. After the acquisition was completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Qianpage Technology increased from 43.04% to 51.04%. The company will control 73.51% of the voting rights of Qianpage Technology in total, and Qianpage Technology is still a subsidiary within the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
