According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the company and Metropolitan Bank (China) will jointly develop cooperation opportunities in financial services and pledge vehicle monitoring services. Through mutual support and resource sharing, the two sides will jointly develop customized products that meet the needs of overseas customers or supply chains.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Company and the Westport Special Administrative Region Company agreed to establish a strategic partnership, including: (i) the Company will establish an overseas warehouse and/or logistics service center in the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone to provide warehousing services, vehicle pledge monitoring services, etc.; (ii) the Westport Special Administrative Region Company will provide the company with necessary land resource leasing, infrastructure support and related policy concessions; and (iii) the Company and the Westport Special Administrative Region will jointly conduct market research to explore new business opportunities in the field of automotive supply chain services.
