中國育兒網絡(01736.HK)公布，配售協議的所有條件已達成，且配售事項已於上周五(17日)完成，合共5,761.03萬股配售股份，已由配售代理成功配售予不少於6名承配人，配售價為每股0.0503元。
公司透露，經扣除所有適用成本及開支，包括佣金及徵費後，配售事項所得款項淨額約為280萬元。並將用於改善財務狀況，及用作一般營運資金。(js/cy)
