Individual Investor Gyokusuke Limited: Investment literacy is an essential issue! If you choose stocks, you should narrow it down to stocks with performance expectations [FISCO Social Reporter]

Recently, I've been hearing the term financial literacy a lot. If you are an individual investor, you may be able to say that your financial literacy is relatively higher than that of people who are not involved in investing. However, no matter how many years you have been investing in stocks, the feeling of continuing to learn from the market is important.

Once again, my name is Kyusuke Limited, and I'm writing the stock & cat blog “Profitable Stock Information “Cat Husband's Stock Knows No Ceiling”.

Recently, famous investor Jim Rogers made a statement to investment media that “Japan 40 years from now should no longer be a happy place, so we should prepare for it” caused ripples. Despite the fact that there are many people in Japan who look pessimistically at old age, it seems that there are many people who have not taken any action.

No one can predict what Japan will look like in 40 years, and what we will feel happy about, but as the content of the previous article, “Japanese people should improve their investment literacy.” That was it. As the person who spells out this column for a long time, it is “Wow, as you say,” but even though the number of individual investors entering stock investment with the new NISA has increased, this does not mean that it is good to invest in dark clouds in anything. It's important to learn one by one.

For example, in inflation, the value of money falls, and prices rise. With such a way of thinking, it would be fine to allocate part of your savings to stock investments, and if the yen depreciates historically, your understanding of the fact that Japanese stocks seem undervalued in the Japanese market (trading share), where overseas investors are said to be 70%, will naturally deepen your understanding as you learn how to invest.

All that is required of stock investors is to “buy (stocks) when they are cheap and sell when they are expensive.” Even if stock prices rise due to various factors such as the external environment and themes, it is still impossible to ignore a company's “performance.” Beginners in particular would like to evaluate this performance and improve their investment literacy. Today, I was asked to select such stocks that I recently paid attention to.

Daisue Construction <1814>, which moved with the financial results announcement on 5/8, has risen to the stock price level since 2006. PBR is split by 1 times, and the dividend increase has also been well received. With real estate prices rising these days, I would like to keep a close eye on whether the company's demand will also expand.

This is also Meisei Kogyo (1976) in connection with construction. There was a sudden reaction due to the upward correction on 4/25. Although profit is expected to decline slightly for the full fiscal year ending 25/3, the company, which has a domestic top-class track record in LNG construction, would like to strengthen surveillance.

Yodogawa Steel Works <5451>, which handles plated steel sheets, etc., was well received by increasing its annual dividend for the fiscal year ending 25/3 by 109 yen to 309 yen in addition to the fact that the financial results announcement on 5/10 was well received. When the financial results were announced on 5/10, it stopped high all at once, but it is necessary to check what will happen to the chart after that.

Yoshikon (5280), which handles commercial real estate development and condominiums based in Shizuoka, is expected to hit a record high for the fiscal year ending 25/3. PER and PBR are at a fairly undervalued level, and announcements of stock buybacks have also been well received.

Techno Horizon <6629>, which has rebounded from the bottom price due to the upward revision on 4/25, is a company mainly focused on FA and optical equipment. In addition to benefiting from the depreciation of the yen and expanding business results, PBR is split by 1 times, and there is also a sense that it is undervalued. The second bottom of the recently formed double bottom has surpassed the bottom 1, and we are monitoring whether it can cross the neckline and move towards an upward trend.

The last one is Osaki Electric Industries (6644), which handles electricity meters. The company also has a PBR split of 1 times, and together with recent financial results, they announced a “Notice Concerning Response to Realize Management Aware of Capital Costs and Stock Prices.” It is closely watched as being related to renewable energy and smart meters.

Well, I've been talking a bit long, but my blog introduces such “individual stocks and theme stocks that are strong now.” If you have free time, please take a look. We look forward to seeing you with our beloved cat “Al.”
