金融界5月17日消息，广电网络发布公告，将于2024年6月3日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为5月29日，当日收市后持有广电网络股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：西安曲江新区曲江行政商务区曲江首座大厦25楼公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于向下修正“广电转债”转股价格的议案》
2、《关于拟注册发行定向债务融资工具的议案》
3、《关于拟注册发行中期票据的议案》。
