Dr. Wu Liwen (Dr. Wu) has notified the board of directors of his intention to retire from the position of independent non-executive director at the annual shareholders' meeting and will not be re-elected. His resignation took effect after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Following Dr. Wu's retirement as a director of the company, Dr. Wu also ceased to serve as the Chairman and member of the Audit Committee; a member of the Remuneration Committee; and a member of the Nomination Committee.
