According to Zhitong Finance App News, Oriental Payment Group Holdings (08613) announced that on May 9, 2024, the company and Subscriber B (i.e. Mr. Wu Yao) signed an attachment to supplementary subscription agreement B. According to this, the two parties agreed to revise the subscription amount of the convertible bonds issued by the Company and subscribed by Subscriber B from HK$931,000 to HK$931,000.

As of the date of this announcement, all prerequisites for subscription agreement B have been fulfilled. Subsequently, the proposed transaction under Subscription Agreement B was completed on May 17, 2024.
