(Zhongke Runyin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed an agreement with Sichuan Golden Basin (Group) Co., Ltd. (supplier). Starting May 1, 2023, Zhongke Runyin agreed to purchase, and the supplier agreed to supply high-end liquor (liquor) worth over RMB 300 million under the “Yipin Jiangshan” brand name.
