《澎湃新聞》報道，人行副行長陶玲今日(17日)在國務院政策例行吹風會上表示，央行將設立3,000億元人民幣保障性房屋再貸款，鼓勵引導金融機構依照市場化及法治化原則，支持地方國營企業以合理價格收購已建成未出售商品房，用作配售型或配租型保障性住宅，預計將帶動銀行貸款5,000億元人民幣。
