Gelonghui, May 17, 丨 Liancheng Technology Group (08635.HK) announced that according to a preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the year ended March 31, 2024, the Group expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$19 million during the period, while net profit for the year ended March 31, 2023 is approximately HK$5.7 million.

According to information currently available to the company, the net profit situation for the year ended March 31, 2023 to the expected net loss for the year ending March 31, 2024 was mainly due to an increase in employee benefit expenses and a decrease in revenue due to a one-time employee bonus paid in May 2023.
