新锐医药附属拟收购中国女娲医药集团16%已发行股本

新锐医药（06108）发布公告，于2024年5月16日（交易时段后），买方Major Bright Holdings Limited（为公司间接全资附属公司）与卖方于文勇（为独立第三方）订立买卖协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购入待售股份，代价为1728万港元。待售股份占目标公司中国女娲医药集团股份有限公司已发行股本的16%。目标集团主要在中国从事医药产品制造、销售及分销。

公告称，收购事项实属良机，有助扩充及拓阔集团于医药产品行业的业务营运。
