5月16日，京东健康公布2024年第一季度业绩，季度收入132.67亿元，净利润7.5亿元，持续剔除疫情影响，业绩稳中向好。今年一季度，京东健康上线“养老频道”，持续拓展适老产品供给，更好的满足多样化的居家养老消费需求，截至目前，京东健康适老产品已经覆盖上千个细分类目和3万多个品牌。同时，京东健康还不断强化线上线下一体化的服务能力，提升养老服务效率和用户体验。在京东健康互联网医院、京东家医所提供的在线医疗健康服务基础上，还将进一步完善陪诊陪护、到家快检、居家照护等更多元的本地化健康服务。
