星星地產旗下鄰近元朗「雨後」，今日(16日)更新多張價單。下週一起，所有10樓或以下的低層單位率先加價0.75%至3%。其中9樓J室，三房間隔，實用面積592方呎，原本折實售價715.7萬元，最新調高至737.2萬元，加幅3%。
星星地產主席及首席執行官陳文輝表示，樓市氣氛明顯改善，項目迄今已沽共258伙，佔全盤近八成，套現逾15.5億元。是次提價單位加幅由0.75%至3%，平均加幅僅1.3%，加幅仍屬温和，相信餘下單位將會陸續於短期內調整售價及優惠。
