In addition, the appointment of the auditor and the advisory ‘Say on Pay’ vote both passed with high approval rates of 84.52% and 98.84%, respectively. New Gold, a Canadian intermediate mining company, emphasizes its commitment to environmental and social responsibility within its operations.
