5月12日，天娱数科称，公司2024年5月11日收到宁夏回族自治区监察委员会的《立案通知书》和《留置通知书》。公司董事长、总经理徐德伟先生因涉嫌共同职务违法，被宁夏回族自治区监察委员会立案调查及实施留置。
天娱数科强调，本次立案调查事项系针对徐德伟先生个人的调查，与公司无关。目前，公司董事会、监事会运作正常，公司控制权未发生变化。公开资料显示，天娱数科前身为“大连天神娱乐股份有限公司”，2010年成立，并于2014年上市。
