Good life --- sales increased in the fiscal year ended March 24, and subscription sales remained steady

Fisco Japan ·  May 15 12:29

Good Life <3796> announced consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending 2024/3 on the 14th. Sales increased 4.1% from the previous fiscal year to 2,808 million yen, operating profit decreased 24.9% to 176 million yen, ordinary profit decreased 11.6% to 208 million yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders decreased 7.6% to 146 million yen.

Subscription sales centered on monthly SaaS usage fee revenue increased 7.6% from the same period last year to 2,435 billion yen. In the current fiscal year, the average customer unit price continued to rise in terms of monthly SaaS usage fees due to the new introduction of the company's SaaS to enterprise companies and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers, etc., and sales increased.

Solution sales decreased 13.8% from the same period to 372 million yen. As efforts have been made to introduce the company's SaaS to relatively large enterprise enterprises with the real estate rental management business as the core, there has been a trend of larger customer scale, larger project scale, more complicated requirements, and longer periods for extended development/implementation support projects constituting solution sales. Although deliveries and sales have been partially recorded for several ongoing projects, they are lagging behind initial expectations, and there are cases where delivery/accounting is delayed from the next fiscal year onwards.

Also, as of the end of the current fiscal year, the number of subscription customers was 1,505 corporations (1,490 corporations in the same month of the previous year), and the average monthly unit price for March was approximately 140,100 yen/corporation (133,200 yen/corporation in the same month of the previous year).

Regarding the consolidated earnings forecast for the full year ending 2025/3, we expect sales to increase 11.1% from the previous fiscal year to 3.119 billion yen, operating income to 100 million yen, down 43.2% from the same period, ordinary profit to 99 million yen, down 52.4% from the same period, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders to decrease 54.1% to 67 million yen.
