观点网讯：5月14日，香港鹰君集团与港铁合作的何文田“朗贤峰”第IIA期通过招标形式出售两个住宅单位，截至目前共实现54个单位的招标成交。
据销售及市务总经理梁淑仪透露，新近成交的单位中，位于第2座21楼A室的四房双套单位，带海景，实用面积为1432平方呎，以4047.9万港元招标成交，平均呎价28267港元，售价及呎价均刷新项目纪录。
