Guolian Securities agreed to purchase the underlying assets owned by the company (133 million shares of Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. held by the company) in exchange for issuing A-shares. The company also agreed to transfer the underlying assets it owns to Guolian Securities and agreed to accept the shares issued by Guolian Securities to the company in consideration.
