According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guangdong Harbour Holdings (01396) issued an announcement. On May 14, 2024, after further discussions between the company and various subscribers, the two parties agreed to adjust the subscription price from HK$0.085 to HK$0.1 (the “adjusted subscription price”), compared to:

(1) The shares have a premium of approximately 13.6% per share at the closing price of HK$0.088 per share as reported on the date of the subscription agreement; and

(2) The average closing price of shares reported on the Stock Exchange on the last five consecutive trading days prior to the date of the subscription agreement (including that date) has a premium of approximately 4.2% per share of HK$0.096.

Based on this, the company signed supplementary agreements with various subscribers. In addition to the above changes, all other major terms of the subscription agreement will remain unchanged and continue to be in force and effect.

Assuming that all subscribed shares are fully subscribed, the total proceeds from the subscription are expected to be approximately HK$8.9 million. After deducting the relevant professional expenses and all related expenses to be borne by the company in accordance with the subscription matters, the net proceeds from the subscription are approximately HK$8.4 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds as the Group's general working capital.
