According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the State Council's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission's “Notice Concerning the Issuance of the 'Administrative Measures on the Selection and Hiring of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies'” (Finance [2023] No. 4), Lixin has reached the maximum period for which the company continuously hires auditors to carry out audit work. In order to ensure the independence and objectivity of the audit work and in line with actual business needs, the company plans to replace annual auditors.
