Gelonghui, May 13 | Rainbow New Energy (00438.HK) announced that Huang Weihong will no longer serve as secretary of the company's board of directors due to his intention to invest more time in the company's other work affairs, effective May 13, 2024. Niu Xinchun was appointed as the secretary of the company's board of directors. His term of office will begin on May 13, 2024 and end on the expiration date of the term of the fifth board of directors of the company.

The board of directors also announced that (i) Chen Xiaoning resigned as the company's shareholder supervisor and chairman of the company's supervisory board due to his intention to invest more time in the work affairs of Rainbow Group Co., Ltd.; (ii) Zhao Lefei resigned as the company's employee supervisor due to work adjustments. The board of directors also announced that according to a letter issued by the company's trade union on May 13, 2024, the company's employee congress elected Luo Hongwei as employee supervisor for a term of office beginning on May 13, 2024 until the end of the 5th board of supervisors.
