The company plans to transfer 49% of the company's shares in Beijing Detai Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (“Detai Energy Storage”) to Yongtai Energy. Through negotiations between the two parties, it was determined that the 49% share transfer price of Detai Energy Storage was 92.087 million yuan.
