Gelonghui, May 13 | Jisheng Group Holdings (08133.HK) announced that from May 14, 2024, Luo Jianhui will resign as company secretary, company authorized representative under section 5.24 of the Stock Exchange's GEM Listing Rules (“Authorized Representative”), and the company's authorized representative (“Legal Procedure Document Agent”) under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws).
