永恒策略(00764.HK)旗下全資附屬達調解協議 銀行帳戶於今日解凍

永恒策略(00764.HK)公布，與Smart Title Limited的間接全資附屬「北京北湖9號公司」，與原告及民事裁定書的其他三名被告，在由北京市海淀區人民法院主導的調解程序中達成協議，以解決相關訴訟。據悉，其他三名被告中的一名被告，已同意按協定金額就訴訟達成和解。至於北京北湖9號公司毋須就有關事宜承擔任何責任，亦未因調解而蒙受任何損害或損失。另外，被凍結銀行賬戶已於今日(13日)解凍。

永恒策略亦表示，經過調解後，相關訴訟已經結束。而已結案訴訟對集團的財務表現，及財務狀況並無造成任何影響。(js/)
