Glonghui, May 13 | According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on May 7, 2024, Melco International Development (00200.HK) was granted an increase of 283,000 shares by Executive Director Ho Yu-lung (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) at an average price of HK$6.167 per share on the market, involving approximately HK$1,7453 million.

After the increase in holdings, Ho Yulong's latest shareholding was 955,636,970 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 62.99% to 63.01%.
