Similar to the situation in February 2024, the business and operating performance in April 2024 was affected by the Easter and Ching Ming Festival holidays. As a result, the total average daily order product transaction volume of Hong Kong's e-commerce business fell slightly by 2.3% month-on-month to HK$21.6 million (March 2024: HK$22.1 million).

However, despite the challenges, the Group was able to maintain a stable number of independent customers at around 594,000 (March 2024: about 609,000). Furthermore, the Group's monthly active app users reached approximately 1.63 million (March 2024: approximately 1.65 million), showing that the Group's mobile app participation and usage rate have remained stable.
